Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or deliverd on weekends or holidays.

 

if we are experiencing a high volyme of orders, shipments may delayed by a few days. Plese allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or tellephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates may differ depending on were yor shipping adres are in relation to were the product is sent from. If the pre paid shipping fee is not sufficent we wil contact you via email or by phone to solve the diffrence and the shipment wil not be sent before sufficent fees are at our disposal.

 

Shipping regions 

 If the shipment is outside the country of Sweden the shipment requiers an email and a shipment agreement this shipment agreement wil be sent to you via email within 5-9 business days. The order wil be rejected and the payment will be refunded within trhee months if the agreement is not signed within three weeks from the order date.

 

Shipment responsibility 

we take no responsibility for the transport company's actions or damages that may occur during transport. We will, on the other hand, assist as best we can if something goes wrong in connection with the transport of goods ordered via our webshop.
